Easy Baked Salmon
This baked salmon is moist, easy to make, and comes together in under 25 minutes!

Materials:
Baking sheet
Parchment Paper
INGREDIENTS:
about 2.5 pounds of salmon fillet (2 fillets)
Salt, to your taste
About 3 cloves of garlic, peeled
Sprinkle of pepper, to your taste
Avocado Oil
2 medium sized lemons
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375˚ F
Place parchment paper on the baking sheet
Lightly grease the parchment paper with avocado oil
Place the two fillets side by side
Sprinkle salt
Sprinkle pepper
Mince garlic, spreading it evenly on the two fillets
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon
Drizzle avocado oil
Cut the rest of the lemons into wedges and place them on the baking sheet along with the fillets
Bake for 15-17 min, or until fully cooked
When about to serve, squeeze the juice from the baked lemons onto the salmon
Enjoy warm or cold
Ariel’s Tips:
You can substitute the lemon juice for a drizzle of wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
After about 15 min, check if the salmon is ready by trying some of the edge. It should be fully cooked, but not dry. If the fish is still raw, bake for another 2 min and check again.
